WiMAX leaders join to accelerate test solutions
Aeroflex announced its partnership with Sequans Communications, a top WiMAX semiconductor supplier. By the agreement, Sequans will provide Aeroflex early access to its newest WiMAX products, allowing advanced opportunity to verify
the test system performance. This will enable Aeroflex to remain well ahead of competitors in developing its WiMAX Protocol Conformance Tester and PXI-based test solutions.

Construction machinery giant orders Aeroflex ATE system
Liebherr Group, one of the world's largest manufacturers of construction machinery, has ordered Aeroflex's 5800 Series automatic test equipment system for its unique flexibility and open architecture. Liebherr will use the 5800 Series to
test the control units for their electronic equipment used in aviation, construction cranes, earth-moving and transport products.

Aeroflex now supports A5/3 encryption algorithm
Aeroflex announces a new A5/3 encryption capabilty for its industry standard 6113 GSM base station tester. This algorithm significantly enhances the level of security protection against eavesdropping available to GSM mobile phone
users, network operators and service providers. This option complements the 6113's existing support for A5/1 and A5/2 algorithms.

 IQCreator 8.8 now available
Windows-based software application, IQCreator, enables users to set up a modulation scheme and create an arbitrary waveform generator file for use in conjunction with either the 3410 Series, 3020 PXI Series signal generators and 3920
analog and digital radio test platform. Version 8.8 provides 3GPP TDD-LCR for the PXI 3000 and 3410 Series digital signal generators.
