Position Summary

Candidate will support Failure Analysis and Technology expertise for new product development efforts for 130nm and 90nm projects and support legacy Failure Analysis. Candidate will perform hands-on failure analysis for advanced semiconductor technologies including 130nm and 90nm processes. Support legacy product FA support for Aeroflex products. Work closely and support Product Development Teams and Designers to build in quality, reliability, and design for testability and FA, contribute to product planning and design efforts.
Requirements

Secret Clearance desired, but not required. Education: BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar degree. Hands-on Failure Analysis experience with advanced wafer FAB technologies. Lab test instrumentation, electrical test/product engineering experience, SEM operation and sample preparation skills, DOE planning and execution, root cause investigation skills, and strong computer/data analysis skills. Design skills are needed to support design for FA and design for testability using ATE and lab test equipment.
